The Thomas System teaches insights that empower people to understand themselves and develop strong relationships - both personal and professional. Since 1966 it has grown an international network and is widely used by the state government of Washington and the Texas school system. It helps you master the art of relationships through learning a process to make your relationships right. The Thomas System shows you how to utilize all your strengths to be the best leader you can be.
In the area of personal growth, Bob Whitten says, "The Thomas Concept is the most useful education event for personal development that I have ever taken." Glynn Ford states, "It's the single most important short-term course my wife, Dean, and I have done to improve and enhance our marriage." For years, Westwood Baptist Church in Springfield had every staff member take this course to enhance the development of their teamwork.
To help you identify your personal strengths, this seminar uses inventories filled out by five persons who know you in differing circumstances, plus one you complete on yourself. From these you receive a personal profile of strengths for you to work with in the seminar. The three parts of the seminar are "Discovering Your Strengths," "Using Your Strengths," and "Strengthening Your Relationships."
